This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 89 dated 29.08.2017 under sections 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and section 379 IPC at Police Station Talwandi Chaudrian, District Kapurthala. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated September 22, 2017, petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated September 22, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
