***** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) In the instant petition quashing of FIR No.131 dated 27.06.2016 under Section 380 IPC registered at Police Station Rampura, District Rewari, Annexure P-5, has been sought, wherein the allegations were that the petitioner No.1 has been taken away by petitioner No.2 by deluding and petitioner No.1 while going away on 18.04.2016 along with her took away one gold chain, earrings, tops and documents.

Earlier a short reply was filed on behalf of respondent No.1 by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Rewari on dated 30.11.2016 and thereafter on the last date of hearing on 24.08.2022 the learned State counsel sought time to file fresh status report with regard to the outcome of the investigation. Today, learned State counsel, on instructions from Inspector Shivcharan, has apprised the Court that the petitioners have been found innocent in the investigation and with regard to the alleged stolen articles, SANGEETA 2022.10.29 13:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-36373-2016 -2untraced report has been filed. It is also asserted by the learned State counsel that the petitioners have already joined the investigation on 10.10.2018. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
