(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.24 dated 21.01.2016, under Sections 406, 498-A, 323, 354, 506 and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Yamuna Nagar. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has informed that in the present case now the trial Court has framed the charge against the present petitioners, vide order dated 07.04.2017. Moreover, it is not in dispute between the parties that an attempt was made in a transfer petition before the Supreme Court for mediation and even that has failed.

Keeping in view the facts of the matter, the present petition is hereby disposed of by giving liberty to the present petitioners to take/urge all the pleas contained in it before the learned trial Court, however, their personal presence is exempted before the trial Court.
