RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 35 dated 09.04.2018 registered under Sections 326, 324, 323, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Dhariwal, District Gurdaspur. Heard.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.
