Instant petition has been preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to initiate appropriate criminal proceedings against respondent No.5 as well as to take appropriate action on representation dated July 19, 2016 (Annexure P-1). 2.
Notice of motion to respondent Nos.1 to 4, at this stage. 3.
On the asking of the court, Mr. R.P.S. Sidhu, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of official respondents. Copy of the petition be supplied to him during the course of the day. 4.

The instant petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 - Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, to look into the grievance unfolded by the petition in representation dated July 19, 2016 (Annexure P-1) and if some substance is found, to take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
