(ORAL) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition while submitting that the petitioners and the private respondents have amicably settled their dispute in this case.

Mr. Sandeep Singh Deol, learned Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who has appeared on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 in this petition in pursuance of the copies of the present petition having been sent to the respondent-State in advance, has no objection for the same. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn.
