**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 162 dated 23.8.2014 under Sections 307/323/324/148/149 IPC registered at Police Station Machhiwara, Police District Khanna. Notice of motion was issued and interim protection was granted to the petitioner, vide order dated 29.10.2014. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Head Constable Lakhwinder Singh, Police Station, Machhiwara, Police District Khanna, submits that after investigation, offence under Section 307 IPC was deleted from the present FIR. CRM-M-35571 of 2014 -2petitioner has joined the investigation. As a consequence, recovery has also been effected from the petitioner and he is no more required in the investigation.

In view of the above, order dated 29.10.2014 passed by this Court is made absolute, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

Disposed of, accordingly.
