As per allegations in the FIR lodged by police authorities a group of villages including the present petitioner had blocked the traffic and attacked the police party and damaged police vehicle in which incident the police officials are also alleged to have received injuries. The agitating villagers were demanding registration of a case of murder against owner of a company on account of death of a villager.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
