State counsel submits that the concerned authority will look into the matter and take decision on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

In the light of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation, Annexure P-1 (thought addressed to Director General of Police, Haryana) in accordance with law within a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
