State counsel, on the instructions of ASI Babu Lal informs that the petitioners have already joined investigation. It does not appear to be a case of custodial interrogation. After hearing the counsel for the petitioners, counsel for the complainant as well as the State counsel and going through the police record, it transpires that victim Dheeraj who had allegedly been kidnapped did not receive any grievous injury and besides that no grievous injury is attributed to the petitioners. The motive of the crime will be a debatable issue in the present case. The petition is allowed. It is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioners, they will be released on bail to the

CRM-M-35506-2015 (O&M) satisfaction of arresting officer subject to the conditions that they will not threaten or browbeat the complainant or the victim in any manner and will not tamper with the evidence or hamper investigation In case of violation of any of the conditions, it will be open to the complainant or the prosecution agency to seek cancellation of the bail.
