(ORAL) Petition herein inter alia is for setting aside impugned order dated 29.04.2022 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri (Executing Court) whereby warrants of possession qua suit property were issued, and further prayed that objection petition dated 06.08.2018 filed by petitioner may be allowed and execution application dated 19.03.2018 filed by respondent-decree holder be dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of revision petition, warrants of possession qua property in question have already been executed against petitioner and that to extent, challenge to the same is rendered infructuous and he is under instructions not to press the revision. 3.

Disposed of as not pressed with liberty to petitioner to seek recourse to his remedies, in accordance with law.
