(Oral) This is a petition filed by the petitioner for the grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No. 121 dated 29.05.2015, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 506, 307, 341 IPC, registered at Police Station Kunjpura, District Karnal.

On the last date the following contention was noticed:- "

Learned counsel relies upon the order dated 21.09.2015 passed in CRM-M-24310-2015 to argue that similarly situated co-accused were granted the concession of anticipatory bail."

Learned AAG has not been able to show how the case of the present petitioner is different from other accused. In the circumstances I see no reason to take a different view.

Consequently the petition is allowed in the same terms as in CRM-M-24310-2015.
