(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.121 dated 07.12.2012, under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC, registered at Police Station Bilga, District Jalandhar City, Punjab. After arguing for some time, learned counsel intends to withdraw the present petition to enable the petitioners to take all the pleas contained in it before the trial Court.

Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed for.
