M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) State counsel, on the instructions of ASI Kamaljit Singh, informs that the petitioner has joined investigation. In view of said circumstance, this petition is allowed. Interim order dated 16.10.2014 is hereby made absolute and it is ordered that in case of his arrest, the petitioner will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the conditions that he will join investigation as and when required and will not tamper with the evidence or hamper the investigation, in any manner. He will also not commit the similar offence of which he is accused of and will not, in any manner browbeat the witnesses. (M.M.S. BEDI) January 15, 2015.
