Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing FIR No. 516 dated 09.09.2018, registered under Sections 272, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC, Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 at Police Station Sonipat Sadar, Haryana. Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia raised various pleas. However, as per view taken by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Dineshbhai Chandubhai Patel v. State of Gujarat & Others 2018(1) RCR (Criminal) 617, present petition is not maintainable as investigation in the above noted FIR is still pending. As such, present petition stands dismissed.
