(ORAL) Learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that the challan has been presented and the petition has become infructuous. Therefore, he wishes to withdraw the present petition. The same is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Since the main petition has been withdrawn, therefore, CRM No. 2567 of 2016 becomes infructuous. The same is dismissed as infructuous.
