SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 528 of BNSS praying for issuance of directions to the respondent Authorities to decide the Legitimate grievances of the present petitioner as have been before the respondent Authorities by way of complaint UID No.542163 dated 23.02.2025 (Annexure P.7) with further direction to the Investigating agency to protect the rights of the citizens of the State including the present petitioner and not to pay the role as a helping hand to the private respondents by not taking legitimate action as per the law.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

Prayer is accepted.
