**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.0569 dated 14.06.2018 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506, 120-B IPC at Police Station Chandni Bagh, Panipat.
Both the parties are ad idem that the settlement has been done and only formalities are left to be completed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that quashing petition on the basis of compromise shall be filed after JYOTI SHARMA 2021.09.28 18:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M No.36500 of 2018(O&M) the formalities are completed. For the purpose of anticipatory bail, the present stage of compromise is sufficient to make the order of interim bail absolute.
Learned counsel for the complainant and learned State counsel have no objection to the aforesaid course. In view of consensus arrived at between learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the complainant interim order dated 24.08.2018 is made absolute. Petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
