After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the petition seeking re-employment as Principal beyond two years, and seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to make an appropriate representation to the respondents for being reemployed as contractual teachers. 2.

Permission is granted.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty prayed for. 4.

In case any representation is moved by the petitioner within a week from today, the same will be duly considered and decided by the second respondent, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from receiving the representation.
