RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 73 dated 20.04.2018 registered under Sections 420, 406, 342 and 506 IPC at Police Station Sadar, District Patiala.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.
