**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.63 dated 22.09.2015 for offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 193, 406 IPCread with Section 4-B of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 registered with Police Station Khilchian, District Amritsar Rural. Parties were married on 11.03.2013 and a daughter was born out of the wedlock, for the alleged demand of dowry, the aforesaid FIR has been lodged.

Petitioner and complainant are present in the Court today. Petitioner is ready to give Rs.8 lacs to the complainant for his two year daughter and further he is ready to give one room flat worth Rs.5-6 lacs but the complainant is not ready to accept the same, at this stage. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 15.10.2015 passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the GAURAV ARORA 2016.12.22 15:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Crl. Misc No. M-35535 of 2015 condition that the petitioner shall deposit a F.D of Rs.5 lacs before the trial Court in the name of the minor daughter namely Jasneet Kaur within a period of one month. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh bail bonds after presentation of the challan.
