Since the first petition for pre-arrest bail has been dismissed by this Court, it will not be expedient in the interest of justice to entertain the second petition.

Dismissed. However, it will be open to the complainant to enforce her legal rights against the petitioner. In case any compromise is arrived at between the parties, it will be open to the investigating officer to record the supplementary statement of the complainant and take steps for filing any report on the basis of the investigation.
