Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 578 dated 15.9.2015 under Section 498-A, 323, 406, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Samalkha, District Panipat.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the son of the petitioners was arrested and was ordered to be released on regular bail.

While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 15.10.2015:- "Notice of motion for 21.12.2015.

In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioners be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioners shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973."

Crl. Misc. No. M-35547 of 2015 -2Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Sub Inspector Krishan Kumar, has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioners have joined investigation.

Accordingly, interim bail granted by this Court to the petitioners vide order dated 15.10.2015 is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
