Mr. Nakul Sharma, Advocate, for the complainant. RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Reply by way of affidavit of Bhupinder Singh, Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, filed in Court today. Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners, namely, Gurmeet Singh and Sukhwinder Singh in case FIR No.0024 dated 02.03.2018 registered under Sections 324, 323, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Mamdot, District. Lateron, Section 302 IPC was added. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to order dated 23.05.2019, petitioners have already appeared before the trial Court and have been released on interim bail. They are regularly appearing before the trial court and facing trial.
In view of above, order dated 23.05.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute inasmuch as petitioners being summoned under Section RAVINDER SINGH 2020.02.20 10:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
