(Oral) As per the reply by way of affidavit of Mr. Surinderpal Singh, DSP (City), Ferozepur, the Inquiry Officer observed that since the matter is already pending in the Civil Court and as such it is not feasible to take any action by the police. Consequently, on the basis of detailed inquiry report dated 23.4.2018, the application of the petitioner was filed.
