(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been made for quashing FIR No.136 dated 17.09.2015 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 295-A, 354, 427, 506, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar Rural, on the basis of compromise dated 04.01.2017 (Annexure P-2).
Pursuant to the order dated 27.01.2017 of this Court, the parties appeared before the Illaqa Magistrate on 28.03.2017 to get recorded their statements. Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ajnala has sent its report vide letter dated 18.04.2017 which has been duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Amritsar vide Endorsement No.3366R dated 21.04.2017.
