Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.241 dated 06.09.2020, registered at Police Station Kamboj, District Amritsar Rural, under Sections 323, 324, 326, 148 and 149 IPC.

Vide order dated 18.06.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
