COCP-1598-2025 (O&M) -24.

The only direction issued by this Court vide order dated 20.12.2024 passed in CWP-34795-2024 was to consider and decide the representation dated 20.09.2024 within a period of 4 months in a just, fair and reasonable manner. The said representation had been decided by a speaking order dated 23.01.2025 which has been appended with the petition itself as Annexure P-2.

5.

In view of the fact that a decision had already been taken and a speaking order has also been passed, the present contempt petition is not maintainable and the same is accordingly dismissed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
