***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J . (Oral) Learned State counsel has informed that in the instant case cancellation report has been prepared and is likely to be presented. Learned counsel for the petitioner has however, pointed out that when the petitioner had moved an application seeking status of the case in CM Window, the report furnished therein was that as per RFSL report no poison has been found in the deceased's Viscera whereas now the police has come to a conclusion that a suicide has been committed by the deceased by consuming poison.

Since the investigation is already concluded and cancellation report has been prepared, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to MOHAN SINGH 2021.12.02 17:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

- 2 - CRM-M-22464-2021 (O&M) the petitioner to raise all the pleas, as may be available to him including the plea as regards the inconsistency in the reports regarding the Viscera examination before Ilaqa Magistrate, if cancellation report is presented. In case, any such plea is raised, the Illaqa Magistrate, needless to mention, shall consider the same in accordance with law.
