**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 0057 dated 19.12.2017, registered under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC and Section 3(1)(x) of SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station Women Bathinda, District Bathinda. Mediation has failed. Report has been received. Counsel for the petitioner refers to Annexure P-2. He states that pursuant to the order dated 29.1.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

State counsel affirms that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
