Through this petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No.26 dated 27.02.2021, registered at Police Station Verka, District Police Commissionerate, Amritsar, under Section 379-B IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 28.02.2021 and that a compromise (Annexure P-2) has already been effected between the parties.
