(ORAL) By way of two separate above-mentioned petitions, both the petitioners named Gobinda @ Gobind Singh and Gurjit Singh @ Baggi have sought the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of the same FIR bearing No.53 dated 30.03.2021, registered at Police Station City Tarn Taran under Section 379-B IPC.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Gurmeet Singh, Police Station City, Tarn Taran, apprises the Court that in compliance of the orders dated 07.06.2021 and 27.05.2021 as passed by the Co-ordinate SEEMA SHARMA 2021.09.17 14:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Benches in both the above-said petitions separately, the petitioners have joined in the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required and they are also not involved in any other case of the similar nature and moreover, the Challan has already been presented in the Court. Keeping in view the above-said submissions as made by learned State counsel, both the afore-mentioned petitions are allowed and the interim relief, as extended to the petitioner named Gobinda @ Gobind Singh in CRM-M No.22344 of 2021 vide the order dated 07.06.2021 and to the petitioner named Gurjit Singh @ Baggi in CRM-M No.21195 of 2021 vide the order dated 27.05.2021 passed by the Co-ordinate Benches, is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall strictly abide by all the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
