This Court finds that the petitioner has not approached the jail authorities in the first instance so as to seek the requisite relief. The petition, as such is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to apply to the authorities concerned for grant of parole on the grounds stated in the petition or on any other grounds as may be available. In case, any such application is filed before the authorities concerned, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
