(ORAL) At this stage, the counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 (who were claimants before learned Tribunal), has given a statement that in the execution, filed at the instance of respondents No.1 to 3, the entire award amount, together with interest, to the extent of Rs.13,62,351/-, has been paid by the Insurance Company and they have since withdrawn the execution being satisfied on 23.03.2021.

Even, the counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 has supplied the self-attested copy of the said order dated 23.03.2021 in the Court today, Sonu 2025.07.23 17:00 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

which is taken on record.

In view of the statement made by the counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 and in consonance with the order dated 23.03.2021, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue with the present revision petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
