Instant petition has been preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking issuance of directions to SSP, Fazilka/ SHO, Police Station, City-1, Abohar, District Fazilka, to make an addition of appropriate punitive sections in case FIR No.190 dated September 6, 2016 under Sections 323, 324, 148, 149 IPC, registered at Police Station, City-1, Abohar, District Fazilka.

On the asking of the court, Mr. R.P.S. Sidhu, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of official respondents. Copy of the petition be supplied to him during the course of the day. 4.
Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that though representation dated September 19, 2016 (Annexure P-2) was moved Avin Kumar 2016.10.07 16:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
Crl. Misc. No.M-36492 of 2016 [2] to SSP, Fazilka, but till date, no action has been taken by the authorities. Learned counsel further contends that petitioner would be satisfied in case necessary directions are issued to the concerned authorities to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation within a reasonable period. 5.
The instant petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 - SSP, Fazilka, to look into the grievance unfolded by the petition in representation dated September 19, 2016 (Annexure P-2) and if some substance is found, to take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
