*** Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners have since joined the investigation, however, cancellation report is being prepared in the matter which is likely to be finalised and filed in the Court. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Tara Singh. He states that the petitioners are not required for further investigation. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioners on 21.9.2017 is made absolute, subject to their fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands allowed accordingly.
