The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking direction to official respondent(s) to take action against respondent Nos.4 to 7 and for proper investigation in the application filed by the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner further contends that she would be satisfied in case her representation/complaint dated 14.02.2024 (Annexure P-1) be decided in a time bound manner.
