Appeal herein is, inter alia, for setting aside impugned judgment dated 22.02.2024 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Panipat, whereby petition filed under Section 7 of the Guardians and Wards Act on behalf of the respondent herein, for custody of minor daughter, is partly allowed.

Learned counsel for the appellant, after arguing for some time, submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the instant appeal. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the appellant, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
