"#$ !% Petitioner Balwinder Kaur @ Kanto, who is present in Court and has been identified by her counsel Mr. Amandeep Chhabra, Advocate, has made statement that in fact Hoshiar Singh resident of village Dhani Ameer Singh (Lamochar Khurd), Tehsil Jalalabad, District Fazilka, who was a depot holder of her village and had obtained her thumb impressions, as she is an illiterate widowed lady, for the purposes of getting Adhaar Card and Ration Card issued for her children and being a widow she could not comprehend the RATTAN PAL SINGH 2016.02.11 14:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court
purposes and thereafter Hoshiar Singh has managed to file this petition, to which she has never consented and in fact, Hoshiar Singh wants to forcibly and illegally keep her as his concubine to which she has refused and that he has done acts of threat and assault for which she has already registered an FIR against him and which is pending, and she wants to pursue the matter against Hoshiar Singh and she does not want to pursue the present petition and wishes to withdraw the same reserving her rights to invoke jurisdiction of this Court in case of any eventuality, if so arises.
Allowed to do so.
The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
