(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 328 dated 03.08.2018 under Section 363, 366 IPC registered at Police Station City Barnala, District Barnala (Annexure P-2) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions, informs that the second cancellation report in the present case was presented before the learned trial Court on 29.08.2023; and the same has been accepted by the learned trial Court on 09.09.2023 in the presence of the complainant/respondent No.2 herein.

Learned counsel for the complainant/respondent No.2 does not dispute the above fact.
