(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Section 304-B IPC, in F.I.R No. 369 dated 25.11.2015, registered at P.S Tripuri, District Patiala.

This Court vide order dated 17.10.2016 directed the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and the trial Court was directed to release them on interim bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to its satisfaction.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed copy of order dated 05.11.2016 whereby the petitioner had appeared before the Court below and submitted bail bonds. The order dated 05.11.2016 is taken on record as Annexure A-1.
