Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.89, dated 14.02.2022, under Sections 302, 201, 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, District Sonipat.

Learned State counsel has filed status report dated 15.11.2025 in the Court today and the same is taken on record. 3.
On the very outset, counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that he does not wish to press the present petition, because trial itself is at the fag end, and the case is presently fixed for arguments. 4.
