Dated Police Station Sections 16.10.2016 Vigilance Bureau, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC FS-I, Mohali, and Section 13(1)(D) r/w 13(2) of District SAS Nagar Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 Mohali (Challan presented u/s 406, 420 & 120-B IPC) 1.

Seeking quashing of the above captioned FIR along with consequential proceedings arising therefrom, the petitioner had come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that this matter is pending for a long time and in the meantime, trial is proceeding and is now at the fag end, therefore he wants to withdraw the present petition with clarification that the order dated 22.09.2017 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, whereby petitioner's personal appearance was exempted before the trial Court, should continue. 3.

Be that as it may, petitioner is exempted from personal appearance before the trial Court and is permitted to appear through counsel on all dates except at the time when the concerned Court deems the petitioner's attendance as necessary.
