Learned counsel for petitioners has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition to enable petitioners to take up all the pleas available to them during trial. Dismissed as withdrawn.

However, personal appearance of petitioners No. 3, 7 and 8 namely Gurmail Singh, Baljinder Kaur and Karnail Kaur, respectively, before the Trial Court, during trial, shall remain exempted subject to the following conditions:- i.

petitioners No. 3, 7 and 8 shall be represented through counsel;

ii.

shall not delay/stall the trial proceedings;

iii.

shall not dispute their identity as accused;
