(Oral) This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for issuance of direction to respondent No. 2 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and further to ensure that they may not be harassed by respondent No 4 to 6. On notice, a reply dated 18.12.2014 has been filed by D.S.P Sub Division Attari, District Amritsar (Rural), stating therein that the affidavit has been given by respondent Nos. 4 to 6 to the effect that they will not harass the couple and they have no objection to their marriage (Anexure R-1/T). The couple/petitioners can come to the house any time.

In view of the reply dated 04.01.2015, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. Disposed of.
