The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.84 dated 30.06.2022, registered under Sections 302, 34 IPC at Police Station Mauli Jagran, District Chandigarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage to avail the remedy available to him to challenge the order dated 04.08.2022 passed by Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board. He however prays that the limitation may not stand in his way. 3.
