In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members with further prayer to direct respondent No. 2 to decide representation of the petitioner dated 11.08.2018 (Annexure P-5), in accordance with law. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose of the instant petition would be achieved, if respondent No. 2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, is directed to decide representation dated 11.08.2018 (Annexure P-5), moved by the petitioner.

In view of the above, respondent No. 2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, is directed to look into the matter and decide representation Annexure P-5, moved by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to him, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
