Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the impugned certificate dated 06.03.2000 as also directing respondent Nos.3 & 5 to grant the pay scale of Rs.5000-7850 according to the last pay certificate dated 31.01.2000. 2.
Learned counsel submits that regarding the claim as raised in the present petition, the petitioner will file a detailed representation, which may be directed to decided, in light of the order dated 05.07.2002 passed in CWP-197221998, in a time bound manner. 3.
Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 4.
In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in case petitioner submits a representation, within a period of 4 weeks, the same be decided, taking note of the afore-referred order, considering its applicability is concerned, expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within 6 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to him and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
