The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., for quashing the impugned judgment dated 05.05.2017 (Annexure P-10) passed by learned Sessions Judge, Gurugram and impugned order dated 19.03.2016 (Annexure P-8) passed by learned JMIC Gurugram in complaint No.12955 dated 06.08.2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such as the parties have entered into a compromise. Even the divorce under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been granted on 26.09.2023 by the Family Court, Gurgaon.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
