(Oral) This is second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 24 dated 06.04.2021 under Section 306 IPC registered at Police Station Hathur, District Ludhiana Rural. The previous one having been dismissed as recently as on 27.05.2021.

Learned counsel has failed to satisfy this court qua any material change in circumstances which would warrant entertaining the instant petition.
